Guess what ?? It is raining again. “Farming Today” on Radio 4 just now. Farmers looking out of their tractors at paddy fields. Which would be great if they were growing rice, but not so good for our domestic crops. Great swathes of farmland under water. Water that will not disappear when it does stop raining. Water that will be there for weeks…
