Or the filly that finished second in a 6 runner Windsor Maiden last night. Partying is her name. The daughter of Frankel ran encouragingly. Picking up just over £3000 in prize money. Beautifully bred – obvs. I imagine the party went on long into the night….

Mr Burnham has lumped Betting Shops alongside “dodgy businesses” and Vape outlets. Implying that he is keen to see them moved off our High Streets as they are a blight on society. And so in another flawed moment of “considered” thought, the PM heaps further pressure on a struggling industry…

Betting turnover is the lifeblood of our sport. The Gambling Industry employs tens of thousands of people. The financial return to racing from the Levy and Media Rights is crucial. These shops are often community hubs….
